Before any vendor is booked, we define the single idea every design and logistics decision will get measured against — so the event has a spine, not just a mood board.
Floor plans, lighting, rigging, and build-outs designed around a room's actual architecture — so the space does some of the storytelling for you.
One spreadsheet, one point of accountability. Caterers, AV, rentals, and talent are booked, contracted, and held to spec — so nothing gets confirmed twice or missed once.
Someone on headset who wrote the run of show — so when the timeline changes at 6:40pm, the whole room adjusts with them instead of around them.

Good to Know
Most Full Production events start around a $15,000 total event budget, but Design Consult and Day-Of Direction packages work well for smaller gatherings. If you're not sure which fits, send the details and we'll point you the right direction.
8–12 weeks is comfortable for most events; galas and multi-day activations are better at 4–6 months out. Rush timelines are sometimes possible — ask on the first call.
Yes — BonKaï works nationally. Travel and lodging are billed at cost and itemized separately in every proposal.
Absolutely. Each of the four core services can be booked on its own, or combined into a custom scope that isn't one of the three packages above.
